Executive Chairman and CEO
Mr. Henry held a number of senior management positions, most recently, from 2004 to mid 2008, as CEO and Director of Arbonne International Inc., a US based Network Marketing Company. He was integral in driving the company’s phenomenal growth to a billion dollars in sales, and previously, from 2000 to 2003, as CEO and Director of Mannatech, Incorporated (Nasdaq: MTEX), where he successfully turned around this company and returned it to profitability. He also held senior executive positions in many successful corporations, namely at Amway Corporation, Avon Products, Gryphon Investments and Hosiery Corporation of America. Mr. Henry served on many boards of directors of private and public companies, namely Purity Products, McCaffrey & McCall, Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi DFS, Inc. and National Media Corp. (NYSE). Mr. Henry holds a license from the New York Bar Association, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College in New York.
Stuart A MacMillan
Stuart A MacMillan comes to Immunotec with over 20 years of senior management experience, the last 12 of which have been in the Direct Selling Industry. After a successful career in the telecommunications industry with companies such as Cantel (now Rogers Wireless), ACC TelEnterprises and Teleglobe, Mr. MacMillan turned his sights to network marketing with a company based in Dallas, Texas called Excel Communications. Mr. MacMillan was responsible for its explosive international growth as the first President of Excel Communications in Canada. He also led Arbonne in its foray into International as the first Managing Director of Arbonne Canada, where the company set business records with unparalleled results. Mr. MacMillan has worked in the Direct Selling industry in both the United States and Canada and has spoken at events around the world including Europe, the Caribbean and South America. He is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal.
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Felton, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 30 years of business experience primarily in human resources management. Prior to joining Immunotec, Mr. Felton acquired national and international experience working in a variety of industries including high technology, pharmaceutical and retail. He was appointed to his current position in January of 2011 with foresight for all of Immunotec’s Operations and Customer Service areas.
Mr. Felton joined Immunotec in 2008 as a Human Resources Consultant to direct the process of organizational development and establish a structure to support the long-term growth of the company. Shortly thereafter, his portfolio grew to include responsibility for Consultant Support, Field Communications and Special Events and other operational areas.
Mr. Felton sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Direct Selling Association.
Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Montpetit has over 15 years of experience in senior financial management positions. He is a chartered accountant, specializing in corporate finance and has extensive experience in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Immunotec, Mr. Montpetit served as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. and Director of Finance, Administration, Commercial Agreements and Alliances with DSM Biologics Inc. His professional repertoire includes having served as Chairman of the Quebec Biotechnology Association and Director of the Montreal InVivo organization. His extensive international and public company expertise plays an integral part in Immunotec’s local and international expansion objectives.
Dr. Rod Milne
Vice-President, Marketing and Field Development
Dr. Rod Milne was a key distributor at Mannatech, where he trained and supported a national and international sales team of over 9,000 people. He has created and developed successful marketing and training programs for the past 14 years and has been a featured speaker on marketing and sales training throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to his involvement in the network marketing industry, Dr. Milne graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He ran a large multi-doctor clinic in Saskatoon, subsequent to which he headed a private practice in Seattle. Dr. Milne has also owned a consulting company which established programs for health care providers to market their services to clients and patients.
